Registration Fee | The registration fee applies to everyone and will cover your participation in the event and all meals (Friday Supper to Sunday Lunch). The Registration Fee is $50/person.
Accommodation Fee | In addition to the Registration Fee, you may also pay an Accommodation Fee depending on your accommodation selection. Below are the accommodation options and fees.
Lodge Private Rooms have 1 Queen bed + 2 bunks and share an individual washroom with one other Private Room. Private Rooms will be considered those with 1-2 people in them. Fee: $75/person
Lodge Dorm Rooms have 1 Queen bed + 8 bunks and have access to shared washrooms and will be used as Shared Rooms. Shared Rooms will be considered those with more than 2 people staying in them. Roommate preferences or reservations may be included in your registration comments. Fee: $50/person
(Note: Based on availability and demand, Dorm style Rooms may be reserved as Private Rooms)
Cabins have 1 Queen bed + bunks. Please note that these are outside from the lodge and the washrooms. Cabins are unheated, but will be set up with a space heater. Fee: $50/person
RV Spots are available for those that want to bring their own RV. There is access to electrical outlets, but not to water or sewer. Fee: $30/person
Hotel Rooms have been reserved at the Best Western Premier Denham Inn & Suites in Leduc, AB, about a 45 minute drive from the camp. This option might fit well if you enjoy the camp atmosphere during the day, but prefer the comfort of a hotel room at night. You are responsible for making your own room reservation and payment. Rooms are $109.00/night + tax. Reservations can be made at this LINK or by calling (780) 986-1511 and asking for a room under the ‘ECCC’ block.
Last option, stay at Your Home. If you live in the area, you may choose to join us for the days and we’d be happy to have you do that! Obviously, no Accommodation Fee for this option.
Payment | Registration and Accommodation Fees will be accepted at registration/check-in upon your arrival to Covenant Bay Bible Camp.
- Those staying at the camp will need to provide their own bedding.
- Limited spaces are available for each Accommodation Option. Spaces will be distributed at a first come first serve basis.
