We believe that learning and formation often happen best in community. We're excited to offer regular and timely opportunities that focus on real-time challenges to life, ministry, and leadership.

+ Workshops and Webinars

Relevant, accessible, concentrated... workshops and webinars facilitated by thoughtful and engaging leaders. Workshops and webinars are aimed at mobilizing, equipping, training, and development for pastors, ministry leaders, and churches on specific topics of interest.

Past and current examples include: Advocacy for Victims of Abuse, COVID pandemic response and engagement, church vitality and flourishing, church governance and leadership best practices, kids and youth ministry, etc.

+ Coaching and Direction

Intentional conversations that empower a person or group to fully live out their calling.

Coaching creates space for developing ministry plans and goals, navigating internal or missional issues, discerning vision, and supporting spiritual direction and formation for you or your team of leaders.

Similarly, Spiritual Direction is the opportunity to join a trained director in co-discerning and listening to the movement of God in our lives and community.
