REGISTRATION
HOTEL FEE ($500.00) covers two nights at the hotel. All rooms reserved are Deluxe Queen Rooms with two queen sized beds and full bathroom. We have half Roadside rooms and half Railside rooms. The room preference will be given on a first-come, first-serve basis. However, if you are not easily disturbed by train noise at night, consider booking the Railside room.
REGISTRATION FEE ($100-$200/person) includes programing, one catered shared meal together, up to $50 for meal/activity reimbursements, and coffee/light breakfasts.
