Geographies of Grace - Reading and Reaching the Communities We Love.
This workshop will coach participants through a mini "Urban Lab," a formation used at Christian Direction to train Christians in urban ministry. Participants will examine how we can move from scarcity to abundance, from theory to practice, and from rivalry to peace-making. We will use Scripture study, small group discussions, and writing prayers together.

Tim Keener is executive director of Christian Direction, an organization with over 50 years experience partnering with local congregations and social service agencies for the social and spiritual transformation of their communities in Quebec. Tim and his wife Di have lived and worked in cross-cultural contexts for nearly 20 years. They live in Montreal with their four sons. Tim is passionate about helping Christians and churches discern their identity and calling in their own geography of grace.
